➪ Caring for a Pashmina, Cashmere, or Silk
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Take care of your delicate fibers — Pashmina, Cashmere, and Silk — with these simple yet essential care tips. By following these steps, you’ll extend the life of your shawls and gently remove everyday stains.
Hand Washing (Recommended) Use cold or lukewarm water (between 10°C and 30°C max). Prefer a natural soap or baby shampoo. Do not rub or twist the fabric. Rinse thoroughly and gently press out water by hand. Do not use fabric softener.
Machine Washing (With Care) Select a "wool" program at a maximum of 30°C. Place the shawl in a protective laundry bag. Use mild soap or baby shampoo — no fabric softener. Do not exceed 600 rpm for spinning.
Drying and Ironing Dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Iron at medium temperature using the “wool” setting. For embroidered pieces, always iron on the reverse side. ❌ Never tumble dry.
Tip: Add 3 drops of white vinegar during the first wash to naturally fix the colors.
